1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, tools, or contracting our engineering pod squads and consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any associated Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs).
2. Intellectual Property Rights (100% Client Owned)
Unless explicitly specified otherwise in writing, all source code, software architecture, machine learning model weights, and documentation created for clients under dedicated Pod or Project engagements are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment of agreed fees.
3. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
All Co-Innovation Pods and managed services operate under strict, contractually guaranteed SLA benchmarks, including 14-day squad onboarding, bi-weekly sprint reviews, and continuous code quality audits.
4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and all commercial contracts are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore or the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
